Whether it's called a skilled nursing facility, a long term care facility, or a rehab center, these are all facilities that provide extended care for individuals who do not require the acute care provided in a hospital, but who need more care than can be given at home.
The extended care program at Inpatient Alcohol Rehab’s rehab facility provides the structure that recovering substance abusers need as they get their life back on track. Our program helps identify in-depth barriers to ongoing recovery and relapse prevention.
Our programs include:
Speech language pathology services
One-on-one treatment with the therapist
Inpatient Alcohol Rehaboffers residential programs as well as an extended care program to assist our patients with developing and retaining the life skills required to live sober for the rest of their lives.
Our extended care program aids alcoholics and drug addicts in realizing the quality of a sober life. Our exceptional extended care program is designed to treat all forms of substance abuse, including addictions to:
Heroin and club drugs
Alcohol and prescription drugs
We pride ourselves on the compassionate care our staff provides, and welcome the opportunity to get to know not only our patients and residents, but their family members too.
We serve patients of any age who require short or long term care. We also offer transitional housing - half way housing - to further provide support for our patients.
Our Program is divided into three rehabilitation phases. We give our patients a little more freedom and responsibility with each phase, while continuing to provide them with the structured living of a rehab facility that they need as they get their life back on track.
